Jeff Manzella, CFP® is President of 30,000 Ft Wealth Management, a financial services firm focusing on pre and post retirement planning, estate planning strategies, wealth accumulation, business planning and executive benefits for both publicly and privately held companies.
With nearly 20 years of experience in wealth management, Jeff has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families make thoughtful financial decisions and build greater confidence in their financial futures. He believes successful wealth management goes beyond investments—it starts with understanding each client’s goals, values, family, and vision for the future. Jeff is also well versed in business needs, including 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, business succession planning and key employee issues. He works closely with business owners, executive teams and their advisors to help pursue their goals.
Before beginning his career in financial services, Jeff spent time flying business jets, an experience that reinforced the importance of preparation, discipline, and seeing the bigger picture—principles he continues to bring to his work with clients today.

Outside of the office -Jeff lives with his wife, Liz, and their son, Nolan. His daughter, Raven, is married and beginning a family life of her own. Family is an important part of Jeff’s life, as is his faith and involvement in the community. He is an active participant at St. Lawrence Church and regularly attends men’s group meetings.
When he’s away from the office, Jeff enjoys spending time up north with family and friends. Some of his favorite activities include fishing, boating, four-wheeling, and simply enjoying the outdoors.
Whether working with clients or spending time with family, Jeff values strong relationships, thoughtful planning, and making the most of every stage of life.
