Operations & Finance
Kristina has been a key member of our team since 2013 and is truly our “jack of all trades.” She works behind the scenes to ensure every client’s onboarding experience is seamless—from opening new accounts to managing all required paperwork—giving clients confidence that their needs are fully taken care of once they leave our office.
Operations
Kristina oversees several core operational functions that keep our practice running smoothly. Her responsibilities include new business processing, compliance support, facilities and IT coordination, and vendor management.
Finance / HR
In addition to operations, Kristina manages key Finance and HR duties. She supports HR administration, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and employee benefits—bringing consistency, organization, and reliability to every area she touches.
Personal
Outside the office, Kristina enjoys spending time with her kids, cheering them on in their many sports and activities, and taking long walks with her dogs.
